Combattants Canada
Milena is a designer with experience in the private (Management Consulting) and public sector (Federal Government of Canada). She is a creative problem solver who employs strategy, systems-thinking, research, and foresight to help organizations grow and meet the needs of their users. Milena’s superpower is that she brings an operational side to the creative world of design, and she loves managing a team and coaching others. Outside of work, Milena enjoys the simple things in life – sunbathing, playing Crazy 8s, and a cheesy bowl of spaghetti pomodoro. She is currently learning how to play tennis, and in the spirit of continuous improvement and iteration, is very interested in some constructive feedback!
Milena holds a Master of Design from OCAD University and a BSc in Biology and French Literature from Western University. Her Major Research Project examined the impacts of climate change on Ontario’s wine industry.
