Taking Public Service Delivery to the Streets
How can the city of Dublin re-imagine public service delivery, anticipate changing needs, and engage the public to do all this with fewer resources? The Dublin Charrette brought IwB students from Toronto, Canada together with Irish students, Dublin City Council employees and local community representatives. Working in interdisciplinary teams, charrette participants examined how public services are delivered within the City of Dublin, and proposed new and improved service designs.
