Victor Bogatch Design Director-Physical Design, Huge Inc.
With a background in architecture, interaction and product design, Victor brings solid understanding of user centered design as well as deep technical knowledge of manufacturing methods and materials. As a design director at Huge he leads teams of industrial designers, architects and technologists executing projects in integrated physical design. In the past several years Victor has been focused on smart environments and “the future of retail” type projects – formulating strategic methodology for spatial design by combining expertise in emerging technology with user behavior research. Victor studied architecture at Pacific National University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial design from OCAD University where he is also part of seasonal faculty.
Founded in 2003, the Institute without Boundaries (IwB) at George Brown College is a Toronto-based educational program and studio that works towards collaborative design action and seeks to achieve social, ecological and economic innovation.
